Helping You do Good - Better.

Supporting purpose-driven leaders to turn good intentions into confident strategy and focused action.

Passionate About Purpose!

At Boundless Impact, we work with purpose-driven leaders and organisations who care deeply about what they’re building — and sometimes feel overwhelmed by the weight of doing it well.

You have vision. You have passion. You’re already doing good work. What’s often missing isn’t commitment — it’s space, clarity, and confidence.

We help you step off the treadmill and rise above the day-to-day noise — so you can see what really matters and move forward with confidence. Together, we uncover blind spots, identify where your efforts are creating real impact, and where energy may be leaking without results.

Because while vision inspires and mission focuses, strategy is what keeps you moving forward — even when things feel messy, nonlinear, or hard. And let’s be honest: there will be moments when you question yourself, your direction, or why you started in the first place.

That’s where we come in.

We walk alongside you through the complexity — helping you shape a clear, confident strategy and turn it into focused, achievable action. And when capacity or capability is stretched, we can step in to support implementation, not just planning.

No two organisations — and no two leaders — are the same. That’s why we take the time to truly understand you, your context, and your purpose before recommending or delivering any support.

If you’re ready to slow the noise, strengthen your confidence, and create the greatest possible impact from the work you care about — let’s start the conversation.

How We Work With You

From insight to action, we partner with you to navigate complexity and create meaningful, lasting impact.

Vision Review

We help you clarify, test and refine your vision — ensuring it remains relevant, inspiring and grounded as your organisation and external environment evolve.

Strategic Planning

We work with you to develop strategy that’s more than a governance requirement. Your plan becomes a living, practical guide that drives decision-making and keeps your purpose front and centre.

Building Your Team

Whether you’re just starting out or leading a complex organisation, we help you shape teams with the right mix of skills, capability and mindset to support your mission and growth.

Equipping Your People

We help you engage, develop and align your people — strengthening collaboration, shared ownership and the ways your teams work together to bring your vision to life.

Uncovering Blind Spots

It’s hard to see what’s missing when you’re deep in the work. We provide research, insight and perspective to surface what’s often unseen — and bring clarity to emerging risks and opportunities.

1:1 Coaching and Mentoring

When you need a trusted confidante to hold space for you to voice your concerns, check your assumptions and keep you focused and acting on what matters most.

Not sure where to start?

You don’t need to have it all figured out. Let’s start with a conversation and make sense of what support will help you move forward with confidence.

A calm, experienced partnership when you need it

Behind Boundless Impact is a deep understanding of purpose-led work — and the realities that come with it. The challenges, the self-doubt, the responsibility, and the sense of overwhelm that can arise when you care deeply about doing good work well.

Boundless Impact is led by Dr Karina Joyce. Karina personally leads all projects, working closely with clients as their primary thinking partner. Where additional expertise or capacity is needed, she draws on a trusted network of collaborators to provide the right support at the right time.

Edwina Stephenson

Commercial Advisor, Lawyer, Journalist, Author & Presenter

In the several years that I have known and worked with Karina, she has consolidated her reputation as one of Australia’s leading professionals in the field of empowering individuals to become the ‘best version of themselves’. While that expression can sound trite, it as an entirely apt reflection of the holistic approach that Karina takes to engaging with her colleagues, clients and wider stakeholders. Karina’s highly developed emotional intelligence, deep sense of empathy and personal integrity build immediate trust and respect; while her passion for rigorous research, informed debate and industry consultation equip her to consistently deliver leading-edge thinking to her clients in the expanding training, learning and development arena. Having spent more than two decades in leadership roles I have met countless professionals in this field, and Karina is among the very best.

Justin Moses

General Counsel, Legal Leader, Mentor

Karina is one of those rare people that fit in that 1% of 1% of the top leaders in the world. She has amazing knowledge, outstanding skills, demonstrates best practice behaviour at all times and is incredibly wise and freely shares her wisdom with others. We have worked on many projects together over the year and she is often the first person I turn to when a new opportunity comes up because I know she's also one of the very few people in the world I can turn to who has outstanding integrity and follows through on commitments. Finally, she understands people and how they operate better than most and therefore is also an exceptional coach and leader of herself and others. Please know that few people get this type of recommendation from me and I'm honoured to be able to provide to for Karina.

A purpose-led consultant works with organisations where values, impact and people matter — not just outputs or profit. At Boundless Impact, this means helping leaders align strategy, culture and decision-making with what truly matters to them, while still being practical, grounded and outcomes-focused.

Purpose-led work isn’t idealistic or abstract. It’s about making clearer decisions, building stronger alignment, and creating impact that lasts.

Boundless Impact works with purpose-driven leaders and organisations across the NFP, social enterprise and values-led business sectors. Clients often include founders, CEOs, executive teams, board members, and people leaders who care deeply about their mission and want thoughtful, practical support to strengthen strategy, culture and impact.

Many clients come to Boundless Impact when things feel complex, stuck or unclear — even though they’re already doing good work.

The first conversation is simply that — a conversation. There’s no obligation and no expectation that you arrive with a perfectly formed brief.

We’ll talk through what’s going on for you, what feels challenging or unclear, and what you’d like to change or strengthen. From there, we’ll explore whether Boundless Impact is the right fit, and what kind of support would be most helpful right now.

Yes. Boundless Impact offers both leadership coaching and organisational consulting, often in combination.

Some engagements focus on individual leaders and their decision-making, confidence and impact. Others work at a whole-of-organisation level, addressing strategy, culture, team dynamics or alignment. Many projects move fluidly between the two, depending on what’s needed.

While engagement usually begins with a founder, CEO, head of people and culture or other executive team leader, Boundless Impact works across all levels of an organisation.

This includes spending time with frontline staff, middle managers and teams to understand what’s really happening day-to-day. These insights are then brought back to leadership in practical, respectful ways that support better decisions, stronger engagement and meaningful change.

Yes. Culture, collaboration and “how people work together” are central to much of the work at Boundless Impact.

We help organisations understand what’s driving behaviour beneath the surface, identify barriers to collaboration, and make practical shifts that improve trust, communication and shared ownership — without blame or jargon.

If you care deeply about your work, feel the weight of responsibility, and want a thoughtful, experienced partner to help you navigate complexity with clarity and confidence, Boundless Impact may be a good fit.

The best way to find out is to start a conversation.
